Kit Contents: Tools Needed: 2-Front Coil Spacers 10mm Wrench & Socket 2-Rear Coil Spacers 14mm Wrench & Socket 2-Front Shock Extensions 16mm Wrench & Socket 2-Rear Shock Extensions 18mm Wrench & Socket 4-Brake Line Relocation Brackets 19mm Socket 2-Hardware Bags Jack & Jack Stands Torque Specs: Front Lower Shock Bolts: 58 ft/lbs Rear Upper Shock Bolts: 20 ft/lbs Sway Bar End Links: 75 ft/lbs Brake Line Brackets: 16 ft/lbs Rear Spacer Retaining Hardware: 98 ft/lbs Wheel Lug Nuts: 132 ft/lbs Front Installation Instructions 1) Block rear wheels and jack up the front of the vehicle and support with jack stands so that the front wheels are off the ground. 2) Using a 19mm socket remove both front tires. 3) Support front axle with jack See Photo 1 and using 18mm socket and wrench remove the sway bar bolts. See Photo 2 Retain hardware for later. Photo 1 Photo 2 4) Using 18mm socket and wrench remove lower shock bolt. 5) Remove brake line support from frame and retain hardware for later. See Photo 3 Page 2 of 5 Photo 3 Photo 4 6) Lower jack supporting axle so there is enough room for the coil spring to be removed. See Photo 4 7) Install the new spacer, bump stop and spring isolator as shown in picture. See Photo 5
